I am an educator, life coach, author, wife and Mother of Four

I met my husband on line and we married within a year
I was confident to do so and sure I wasn’t just swepted up with the wirlwind of a tinder romance from all the relationship book I had read to help me create a list of criteria!
Shortly after we had our first child, and through the ups and downs of life more children kept coming and we were still building our foundations. Our marriage hit rock bottom although we made a commitment to ourselves and each other we put in the work required to turn our relationship from Toxicity to Thriving.
I am so happy and grateful that I am able to pass on the tips I have gained over the years from finding Love all the way to having to re-find yourself to ensure you have a happy and healthy relationship.
